My experience with Rick at VanScoter was absolutely amazing. I had to unexpectedly switch to my own auto insurance policy one work day before getting a new car and Rick was able to set up a policy that fit all of my needs within a few hours. Not only that, but he walked me through my policy and let me know what exactly I was paying for. I have since gotten my car and Rick has still been very easily accessible and helpful with all of my questions. I would highly recommend VanScoter for anyone who is new to auto insurance and is looking for someone with more experience to help them find their best fit and teach them what they’re looking at!

The greatest experience during the worst car issue—everything from the call to the repair was smooth, kind, and amazing!
I don't know where I would start with a comment. I had a flat tire in the pouring rain. Everything from the call, to the app, to the texts, to the repair, to the reimbursement, to the phone call. EVERYTHING has been amazing, smooth and kind. The greatest experience with the worst car issue!
