During this time of rising insurance costs, I recently worked with Marianne to see how I could save money and still have all the coverage I needed. Through her knowledge and options of different carriers, she was able to bundle my auto & homeowners and save me a sizeable amount (as well as increase some of my coverages). She quoted me different options upon my request and answered all my questions in a very timely manner - making the whole process of change pretty seamless. I recommend Marianne for her great customer service, knowledge and understanding of what her clients needs are.

I found this Company to be very Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The staff was extremely helpful with me regarding my policy, and the fact that my car was stolen shortly after I became a member of the VanScoter Family I was treated like a customer who had been in the Family for years. Looking for a new insurance can be stressful but Marianne at the VanScoter agency made it seem seamless. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what my needs were. She handled all the necessary paper work and contacted the appropriate people. Everyone I met or interfaced with was great. Marianne, has been nothing but splendid and helpful to work with. I have had some issues with Geico and I decided to shop around. I found Marianne and she has been nothing but delightful To work with. This has been a great experience and I have found my agent. I would highly recommend her.
