Job Type: Part-time – Monday & Wednesday (8:45am-5:30pm), Friday (8:45am-5:00pm)
Pay: $18/hour

VanScoter Insurance Agency, LLC (www.vanscoterinsurance.com) an independent property & casualty (auto, home, business, and life insurance) insurance agency is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative Monday & Wednesday (8:45am-5:30pm), Friday (8:45am-5:00pm).

Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm and Friday 8:45am-5pm and 45 minutes for lunch. Looking for someone to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s.

 

The Customer Service Representative/Administrative position is responsible for:
  • Answering the phone
  • Processing client payments
  • Monitor client payment status
  • Assist client’s in filing claims
  • Follow-up on the claims status
  • Input information into database for incoming leads
  • Issue certificates of insurance for clients
  • Monitor Agency texting line
  • Process Agency mail
  • It’s a small office, so you need to be willing to pitch in a help where ever is necessary.
Looking for someone who sees something that needs to be done and does it!
A candidate must be customer focused, always looking out for the best interest of the client/prospect. Candidates should possess the following qualities:
  • Outgoing
  • Personable
  • Sense of humor – we like to have a good time and hope you do as well.
  • Upbeat
  • You must be able to project your smile over the phone (the majority of our interaction is over the phone)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Reliable
  • Whiners or complainers need not apply, we are an upbeat office and like to keep it that way 🙂
