We had the delight of Sharon, Marianne, and Rhett all helping us. What an incredible blessing their team is. We had an unfortunate incident with not only our insurance company going bankrupt and having to quickly switch companies, but our previous insurance agency closed their location in our area.
I was feeling extremely stressed out due to this AND not to mention our coverage was ending within the week. I was tired of talking to agencies by phone or email and just wanted to sit down with someone who could help me in person. I called VanScoter and Erin (the sweetest secretary) got us in the same day and got all the help I needed!!!
It is important to is to have an agency that was close by and went the extra mile for their customers.
We have been helped at every step, from switching companies, to bettering our already great coverage, helping us easily understand the differences between regular quotes and adding umbrellas, and recommendations for improving our roof…it has been a very easy, and peaceful experience for us, and I even had all four of our young children with me at the time. Thank you Sharon, Marianne, Rhett, and Erin for all your help!!!
